About Mia

Here to help you land.

For over a decade I've navigated demanding skies as a commercial pilot β€” learning first-hand what chronic pressure, disrupted sleep, and a life lived in motion does to the body and mind.

Yoga and Ayurveda gave me a way back. Not just to balance, but to a life I actually wanted to live. I trained in Bali, deepened my practice across multiple traditions, and built Mia.yu to share what I've learned β€” with people who are as serious about performance as they are about wellbeing.
