For Companies
Wellness that works inside the cockpit and the boardroom.
Corporate wellness programmes designed by someone who has lived the pressure — not observed it from the outside.
Because high performance shouldn't cost you your wellbeing.

Pilot · Yoga Teacher · HR ProfessionalWhy Mia
Built by someone who lived it.
Most corporate wellness providers have studied stress. I've managed it — in a cockpit, at 38,000 feet, responsible for 180 people, after three hours of sleep in a hotel room in a different time zone.
That's not a metaphor. That's my professional life. And it's exactly why the tools I teach work — because I tested them in the hardest conditions first.
I bring three worlds together that rarely meet: aviation, human resources, and yoga and Ayurveda. The result is wellness content that speaks directly to high-performance professionals — in a language they actually recognise.
Lived credibility
I am not a wellness consultant who studied aviation. I am a commercial pilot who became a yoga teacher. Everything I teach has been tested in the real conditions of crew life — irregular sleep, time zones, sustained pressure, no perfect schedule.
HR fluency
With a degree in HR Management and three years as a pilot recruiter, I understand how organisations work, how to pitch wellness internally, and how to design programmes that fit corporate structures — not fight them.
Practical, not aspirational
No perfect-schedule wellness advice. No generic breathwork PDFs. Every tool I teach is designed for people whose lives are genuinely unpredictable — and has been shown to work within that reality.
Bilingual delivery
All sessions and materials are available in English and German. Handouts, follow-up emails, and discussion guides are provided in both languages.
The Programme
A quarterly wellness journey for your team.
Each quarter focuses on a different pillar of sustainable high performance. Sessions are designed as standalone experiences that build naturally into a year-long transformation — online to start, in person where possible. Each theme rotates every three months so teams can join at any point.
Q1
Nervous System Regulation
Understanding your baseline. What shift work does to the autonomic nervous system. Practical tools to regulate — breathwork, restorative yoga, Ayurvedic anchors.
Q2
Focus & Mental Clarity
Concentration under fatigue. Pre-performance rituals. Pranayama for alertness. Ayurvedic morning practices for cognitive performance.
Q3
Digestion & Nutrition
Ayurvedic food principles for crew life. Eating in pressurised cabins. The gut-nervous system connection and how to support it on the road.
Q4
Recovery & Sleep
Circadian rhythm and jet lag protocols. Sleep rituals that work across time zones. Yoga Nidra for deep recovery. Sustainable longevity in a demanding career.

Session Structure
Every session is designed with care.
Each 3-hour session follows a consistent structure — grounding, education, practice, reflection, and practical tools. Calm but purposeful. No fillers.
What participants take home
Every participant leaves with a branded PDF handout summarising the session's science, techniques, and daily practice toolkit — designed to be used between sessions.
Follow-up included
A personalised follow-up email is sent to all participants 48 hours after each session — with reflections, reminders, and an invitation to continue the practice or explore 1:1 coaching.
Welcome & Topic Introduction
The session theme, what to expect, and a brief overview of the science behind the day's focus. Sets the context before the practice begins.
Silence & Breathwork — Arrive
Guided breathwork to settle the nervous system and transition fully into the session. Participants are met where they are.
Yoga Practice — 45 minutes
Beginner-friendly sequence tailored to the quarterly theme. No prior experience required. Accessible to all body types and fitness levels.
Pranayama
Focused breathwork techniques explained both physiologically and practically — with specific application to crew life and high-performance environments.
Journaling & Sharing Circle
5 minutes of silent journaling followed by open group reflection. Facilitated without pressure — no one is obliged to speak.
Topic Discussion
An educational deep-dive into the session theme. Mia presents the science and lived experience, inviting questions, sharing, and real conversation.
Practical Toolkit
Three concrete techniques to take into daily crew or professional life. Explained with when, how, and why — not just what.
Close, Q&A & Feedback
Closing breathwork, open questions, and QR code feedback form. Information on the next session and how to continue the practice.
